    1. Preheat your oven to 375\u00b0F (190\u00b0C).<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

    2. Cut off the top of the garlic head to expose the cloves. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and wrap in aluminum foil. Roast in the oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the garlic cloves are soft and fragrant.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

    3. Remove the roasted garlic from the oven and let it cool slightly. Once cooled, squeeze the softened garlic cloves out of their skins and mash them into a paste using a fork or a mortar and pestle.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
